If you are a KrisFlyer member, you can convert your KrisFlyer miles to STAR$®
to redeem exclusive CapitaStar rewards, eCapitaVoucher(s) or directly offset

You can also convert your STAR$® into KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles for shopping,
dining and travel rewards, including staycations, road trips and flights for
your future holidays.
Convert seamlessly between STAR$® and miles via the CapitaStar mobile app or
CapitaStar.com, as well as via SingaporeAir.com, the SingaporeAir mobile app
and Kris+, the SIA Group’s lifestyle mobile app.
All conversions can be done digitally at your fingertips and at your
convenience.
To ensure successful conversions, do ensure that the fields below are similar in your Krisflyer account and CapitaStar app:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of Birth
- You are required
to be a member of both CapitaStar and KrisFlyer Programmes to participate
in the Points Conversion Programme.
- 9,880 STAR$®
can be converted to 380 KrisFlyer/KrisPay miles. A minimum of
9,880 STAR$® is required per conversion, and a maximum of 350,000 STAR$®
is allowed for conversion per calendar year.
- 3,000 KrisFlyer
miles can be converted to 21,000 STAR$®. A minimum of 3,000 KrisFlyer
miles is required per conversion, and a maximum of 30,000 KrisFlyer miles
is allowed for conversion per calendar year.
- All point
conversions are immediate.
- Once a
conversion is completed, it cannot be reversed.
- STAR$®
converted to KrisFlyer miles are subjected to the terms and conditions of
the KrisFlyer Programme and vice versa.
