To start, simply link your CapitaStar and DBS PayLah! accounts via the PayLah! App:

1. Log into your DBS PayLah! App and select the CapitaStar Tile on the home page
2. Retrieve your CapitaStar ID from the CapitaStar App (refer to Qn 2 for details)
3. Key in your CapitaStar Membership ID and click on "Continue" to complete the linking of accounts

Find your ID with the following steps: 

1. Download and log in to the CapitaStar App
2. Tap on the Side Drawer icon on the top left of the screen
3. Tap on your name to access your account details
4. Your CapitaStar member ID will be reflected here. Simply copy and paste your CapitaStar Member ID onto the DBS PayLah! app to start your account linkage!

Each CapitaStar account can be linked to a maximum of 1 DBS PayLah! account, and vice versa.

To delink your accounts:

1. Go to “More” in DBS PayLah! App
2. Select “Manage Your Lifestyle Logins”
3. Tap on the cross icon to delink “CapitaStar”

Please check that your CapitaStar member ID entered in DBS PayLah! App is correct before trying to link the accounts again.
