• American Express CapitaCard members must register to be an Ascott Star Rewards member or log in here to his/her existing ASR account to redeem the benefit once by 30 Jun 2024.
• Successful members on ASR Silver membership have twelve months (starting from the date members are enrolled) to spend S$1,000 to maintain the tier.
• The 15% off one-time room discount voucher is automatically issued upon activation of ASR membership or log in and will be valid for six months from date of issuance.
• The 15% off one-time room discount voucher is applicable to use at ASR participating properties via Ascott Brand Website www.the-ascott.com .
• Rates and rate inclusions are subject to change without further notice and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
• The 15% off one-time room discount voucher is not applicable to other hotel charges, service charges and other applicable taxes. 
• Reservation must be made in advance, prior to arrival and is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply; please check with the individual serviced residence before booking.
• The 15% off one-time room discount voucher may be applicable to specific room types and subject to the serviced residence’s minimum stay requirement (if any); please check with the individual serviced residence before booking.
• The 15% off one-time room discount voucher is only valid via dedicated links provided by Ascott (the “Promotion Webpage"). 
• AMEX CapitaCard Cardmembers must present their American Express CapitaCard (“Eligible Card”) upon check-in and must make payment with their Eligible Card to enjoy the promotion rates. AMEX CapitaCard members must present an Eligible Card upon check-in and must provide proof of membership at the time of making reservation to enjoy the promotion rates. 
• The 15% off one-time room discount voucher is not valid for existing reservations and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, partner offers, third-party websites, corporate and promotional rates.
• Ascott will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Ascott be able to transfer the discount to another guest.
• American Express and Ascott reserve the right to vary the 15% off one-time room discount voucher and complimentary 1-year Silver tier membership (“Promotion”) and the terms and conditions applicable to the same or to withdraw or discontinue the Promotion without prior notice or liability to any party.

• American Express shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion or any product/service relating to the Promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, the Vendor shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Promotion, or any product/service relating to the Promotion, by any person.
• American Express’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion or terms and conditions will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by the Vendor. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
