1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. The Profile Update Lucky Draw Campaign (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded upon satisfying the following qualifying promotion mechanics.

1.2. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) for members to be eligible to stand a chance to win 50,000 STAR$®️ (S$50 worth of eCapitaVoucher) is from 15 July 2024, 0900, to 13 August 2024, 2359, both dates inclusive.

1.3. This Promotion is only exclusive to members who did not input their Gender and/or Date of Birth before 15 July 2024 and successfully updated them in their CapitaStar account during the “Promotion Period". Upon successful update, one (1) lucky draw chance to win 50,000 STAR$®️ will be issued to eligible members after the “Promotion Period”.

1.4. Successful update of Gender and/or Date of Birth means inputting the relevant values and having them saved and updated under their Profile of their CapitaStar account. This applies to members who have not inputted the values for Gender and/or Date of Birth previously before 15 July 2024.

1.5. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by 31 August 2024 and there will be 20 winners drawn for the Lucky Draw, where each winner is eligible to win 50,000 STAR$® each.

1.6. By participating in this campaign, winners of this lucky draw acknowledge that they will be contacted via call and/or email that is registered to their CapitaStar account.

1.7. Prizes are non-transferrable nor exchangeable.

1.8. The management of CapitaStar reserves the final decision on the results of the lucky draw.

2.     GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1. This Promotion is only exclusive to members who have successfully updated their Profile – Gender and/or Date of Birth in their CapitaStar account during the “Promotion Period". Only members who have successfully completed this action will be issued with one (1) lucky draw chance per member after the “Promotion Period”.

2.2. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by 31 August 2024 and there will be 20 winners drawn for the Lucky Draw, where each winner is eligible to win 50,000 STAR$® each.

2.3. The Prize is provided as it is and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize shall be credited to the qualifying Eligible Shopper and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Organiser is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Prize has been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

2.4. To see the validity of STAR$®️ credited pursuant to this Promotion, please see the CapitaStar STAR$®️ terms and conditions. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the Prize.

2.5. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the qualifying Eligible Shopper after the crediting of the Prize in this Promotion.

2.6. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal, or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

2.7. The Organisers does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

2.8. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

2.9. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall Not be eligible for the Promotion:

·   Persons who the Organisers may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

2.10. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organisers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorized agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

2.11. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper agrees that the Organisers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners, and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organisers and its officers, servants, agents, and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.

2.12. The Organisers’ decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

2.13. For the purposes of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, “Organisers” refers to CapitaStar Pte Ltd  

2.14. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all dispute.
